Myself and my husband are due our pre-reg registration soon but are waiting for Prospect who are not being very helpful have contacted Ofsted lovely staff but they carnt really help they said ring Prospects again and chase them up which was done but still waiting for inspector to ring getting frustrated now anyone else had any problems with Prospect ? hopefully will get it sorted really soon as have children waiting to start :(

Ye we are keeping on a much as possible to them :)

I'd get back on to Ofsted and tell them you have rung Prospects and are still waiting, then maybe they will also chase up Prospects for you.
