Hey everyone

Hope you are all having a great weekend Well my ofsted inspector arrived on Friday as you are all aware I was in a bit of a panic over it
Thankyou all for you good luck wishes and for help finding list of notifiable diseases
Anyway I recieved Satisfactory which at first I was gutted, but when she explainned why it all became much clearer and in all honnestly I agree :)
I only look after 1 little girl two days a week school holidays only I explainned things I would do if I had more children ie meal planning list of activities
I am going to start looking after 3 more children after school in September so she said I should start finding my feet more.

Thanks again

Satisfactory means that you are meeting all the national standards and doing all that is expected of you - it's a great result. Well done

Sounds as though you have plenty of work coming in - good luck for September

:clapping: Congratulations!

I hate the word satisfactory because to achieve that, you have done very well and worked very hard!

Good luck for September.

well done you :D

I know what you mean though, satisfactory sounds rubbish doesn't it, but like the others have said, there is no need to feel that way, it means you are doing everything right ;)

It is very hard to provide evidence for meeting the standards when you're part time - well done! :clapping:
