Contracts are normally for insurance.

However they also contain information such as parents details and they sometimes come complete with permissions attached.

Ofsted would not normally want to look at contracts BUT the inspector might want to check permissions...

There are other times when inspectors will want to see contracts but this is the main one.

Hth :D

I have all the parents contact details in places other than in the contracts only. For instance in the front of my NCMA Attendance register and in the emergency contact book I carry with me at all times.

I'm afraid I always remove all the contracts from my files prior to an inspection because they are none of Ofsteds business.

Good Luck for tomorrow.
