View Full Version : Week off where to go?
I have next week off a whole 10 days:clapping: not had any time off since Christmas, I am so excited about spending time with my daughter and DH but need to be out of the house or I will be doing paperwork and other jobs which I don't want to do.
I live in Yorkshire anyone any nice ideas of places we can visit?

The Jorvic Museum and Castle Museum in York.

the railway museum in york
yorkshire lavender near castle howard
ryedale folk museum in hutton le hole
the coast - scarborough/filey/etc
the deep ( aquarium ) in hull
dalby forest ( go ape is there ) & north york moors
monks park farm near thirsk

As we travel to Yorkshire for the day, you could easily travel to sherwood forest, loads to do and lots of history
