Hi

Just wondered if anyone can help me. Do I have to do a whole new contract if anything changes, for example my public liability number and insurer have changed, 1 mindee has moved house etc. I wasn't sure if I could just change it or had to do new 1s as obviously the parents have their own copy so if I change it on mine theirs will still be old info.

I would only do a new contract if the hours/days/fees or similar had changed.

For a change of address I would write an amendment to the contract saying as of xxx date the address is xxxxxxx and get parents to sign and date it then staple to the contract

When I've needed to change things (or the parents) like hours, addresses etc I've written a letter outlining the changes and then at the bottom written that this letter is an ammendment to the contract, got the parents to sign it and then put it in the file...also giving the parents a copy. Saves re-writing a new contract.
