Hi I am sorting out my policies and I just need to clear something up if anyone can help me? Is is acceptable to just have for example a policy about taking children in the car, or does that policy then have to have a consent form for parents to sign to say that they agree with my policy?
The other thing I thought is that if I have a booklet of my policy and then the parent signs the contract are they then agreeing to all my policies?
AAaaaah . . . . .
Any advice would be appreciated,

I have a file that contains all my policy & procedures. I then have a standard letter that i give to parents (this lists all the poilicy & procedures so theres no wriggling out of it) they then sign to say they have read & understood them.

In addition - i have all my permission forms that both parents must sign.

HTH :)
