I have been asked to do a nursery pick up from 11.30 until 3pm for the next term, obviously this little boy is still in the EYFS, but how much info do I have to put in a Learning Journey, I will only have him 3hrs week for 1 term. Also I am in the same predicament with a little girl who I will have after school, next term, she is in Reception, so only in the EYFS for the next term.

I would be tempted to do a mainly pictures/photos scrap book style with some basic links to EYFS - seeing as its such a short time scale.

I agree with Pips - let her make a scrap book of her time with you.
Put the child in charge of taking photos, putting things in the scrapbook etc.

I'd do the same and also show how any routines they take part in such as snack time link to the EYFS.
