Do you have to do Risk Assessments on everything? does it all have to be in writing?

There is a risk assesment policy on the Bromley website
Why dont you have a look at that and adapt it to your own setting

Well there are policies for everything why not risk assessments!! lol Have a look for the Breathing Policy (somewhere on this forum)
