My mind has gone but do we need to keep old contracts?....I'm changing over to MM's/my own eventually so just wondered if it was 1 thing to keep...and my mind is blank.

Yes you should keep any Accident report until the child they are for is 21 years 3 months old because they can make a claim in their own right.
For this reason I keep all contracts, signed permission forms, attendance records, etc. for the same length of time in a folder filed in my loft!!
yeah knew about accident but wasnt sure about contracts..will do

I just feel that I might need all the info if something cropped up if you see what i mean. I have been minding for 17 years and have nearly always been full and I haven't got that much stuff stowed away.
