error on my report

I had my inspection on the 14th Feb and the next day my report was emailed to me. At this stage I realised that there had been a mistake on the date I was registered it says Ive been registered since 2011 but Ive been registered since 2010. I let them know via the offical email channel as instructions on the email told me.

Ive not had my report yet but Ive just checked online and the first publication date was the 1st March 2012 - firstly I find it odd that I haven't had the paper copy? but the date has not been corrected :( now what do I do??

It's a factual error and they should correct it.

Yes phone them - give the name of your inspector and date of inspection and ask for an email confirmation that your report has been corrected - oalso ask them to email you your report same day as you phone.
