advertising before certificate has arrived??

Hi ladies, I'm finally registered.. just obviously got to wait for my certificate. Where do I stand on advertising before this arrives? I know this probably sounds daft but is it ok to do this? Thanks for everyone's help and advice. You are all stars ** :D

I don't see why you can't advertise now? If you get anyone interested you could just say your waiting for your certificate to arrive?

I advertised before I got my cert. It only took a few days to arrive x
