about tattoo and since then I took the plunge and had my thigh done :jump for joy:
it didn't hurt one bit! i was really surprised.
thank you to all the ladies who told me i wasn't too old LOL :D

Wow thats really pretty. I wish they were that pretty when Id had mine done! Im afraid I have just spent the last twenty years getting mine removed. I love them but just not on me anymore.:)

that's why i chose the thigh tinks, i can hide it...well i can't really show it unless i wear under wear, swimming gear or hot pants ah ah aha h
i said to hubby i'll invest in gold hot pants like kylie ...not convinced ah aha ha h

oh Sarah, i was sooooooo scared on my way there and then when she started i said "is that it? all that for that!!!"
a few time it felt a bit sore like when you get caught by a bramble :D
but i suppose it help to have meat on :D:thumbsup:

they are a bit addictive but it took me 34yrs to chose this one so who knows might be the oldest pensionner to get tattooed in 34yrs lol

yes they are addictive... I have 5 - I started when I was 17! and I am planning my next one..... my tattooist is 300 miles away though lol!

My new one is a bow on my shoulder, hard to explain but the only one I put thought into :)

this is my first and people were surprise of the size for a first :D but when i saw the drwaing i loved it so much i didn't want to alter it !! took just under 4h.

I'm losing weight slowly since last year and i'm doing some walking as i will be walking the moon walk in london in may for breast cancer.:eek:

My next one is going to be a quad bike (racing one) and that will represent my OH and kids.
Thing is I am not sure where to have it.... I'd like it on my thigh but it will show through ballet tights for when I am doing exams etc - though I suppose I could just use camoflauge make up....

Pip camoflage make up can be very effective. Did you see the pics of Kat Von D with all her tattoos make up'd over.
You could not tell she had any!

You got me designing lol and while I'm still thinking of one for my leg, I drew one last night to have on the back of my neck. Have a guess where Ill be spending some of my wages this month :laughing:
My husband used to be a tattooist, he has some fab tats I don't and won't have any but he has enough for us both :laughing:

it must be really nice to be able to design your own.
i went in thinking i was getting a 3inch tattoo and left with 11inches ah ah ah ah
