Hi All
We are a military family who are on the move again in the summer. Sadly, this means I am having to say goodbye to 5 little mindees who I have had for 2 years (have already had the tears with some parents) - this move is not what I want, however being married to the Army means I have no choice :(
Along with my termination letters, I want to include a questionnaire for the parents to complete that I could also use to show new prospective parents in the new area about my setting and how parents have seen and felt the setting to be.
Therefore, please could someone give me some good leavers questions to ask?
