Book recommendation?

Can anyone recommend a book to help me with my policy and procedure writing? I am really struggling. There used to be a practical preschool one, I saw it on a leaflet but it doesn't seem to be available now?

I bought Sarahs planning book and it was very good.

You can also find lots of example policies at http://www.bromleycma.org.uk/policies/policies_and_procedures.html, many of mine are based on these, some only need a few words changing to make them your own.
