Posh Bakery shops anyone ?

DD is finishing uni this year and has do to a project for graphics and rebrand a bakery. She did some lovely work but the tutor says it needs to be upmarket bakery x I have heard of one in Yorkshire but dont know any others I know we are from far and wide on here so could anyone point us in the direction of posh upmarket bakeries please . Thank you

patisserie valerie does very upmarket cakes but is also an eat in cafe. not sure if there is one in yorkshire though
