Before and After School FEES

Please help I've had someone asking me about after school and before school care and I don't have a clue what to charge what do you charge and is it by the hour? Thanks for your help.

I charge by the hour but I know some charge a set fee for x amount of time.

I charge a set fee of £5 before and £9 after. I start at 7.30am and finish at 5.30pm. I do not provide tea but they are welcome to have a piece of fruit, slice of toast or yoghurt if they wish. Sometimes they are starving after school and sometimes they are not bothered for anything at all:) x

I just charge my usual standard fee. Double time before 8am and after 6pm.

Some people charge a slightly higher rate for schoolies though.

I charge my normal hourly fee, provide a snack but not dinner.

im new and not yet minding but i have got a good relationship with childminders in my area.
I have been informed that in my area it is £3 an hour and the £2 if they have a meal.
