Another attendance register question!

Hi everyone, Please could I have some advice from someone a bit more experienced than me!
I only have 1 mindee at the mo and for my attendance register I was just going to have a simple piece of paper with columns for date, time arrived, time departed and parent signature.
Will this be adequate? I dont really want to break into my NCMA attendance register at the mo as it seems like overkill for one child!

That is all I do, except I have columns for am and pm too so that if a child comes to me before school I sign them in then out when they go to school, back in when I pick them up from school and out when they go home.

I don't even get parents to sign it although many members do.
