Do we have to use observation sheets can i pop a photo in the scrap book (lj) and write under it about the ob, links and next step etc

I dont think you have to use sheets, you can o what suits you best, as long as you have next steps in their planning i suppose?

You use whatever you want- scrap book, folder, note book, on-line or any other way you find works for you.

It's entirely up to you how you record observations so whatever works well for you is fine
