The job interview I have desperatly wanted. Its an office job 10-2 mon-fri which will mean I can still take my 2 to school (literally across the road, I would be able to see school from window) and pick up and be at home for homework, dinner ect too.

My interview is on Thursday and I am so excited, if i get it it will mean I can give notice to the awful parents I have on my books at the moment. I am guessing if all goes to plan and I get the job, get rid of them ect, I will have a knock on the door from Ofsted, they have threatened to report me for whatever they choose already so when I give notice they will not be pleased, make something up just to spoil it for me. They are horrible people when they dont get their own way, some of you may remember my post about dad threatening and shouting at me in my own home because I charged him for los sick day which in turn cost me 4 days pay as I had to close due to los illness being passed on as they refused to keep her at home and mum who wants me to make 5-6 home made lunches for lo each day until she decides what she wants to eat  Apparently I am un-reasonable and un-flexible as I wont let dad take lo out whenever he chooses and then not pay me too

Please keep everything crossed for me, I really want this. Its less pay but it will retain my sanity :)

If you are no longer a childminder then it does not matter if they do complain to Ofsted.

That would be great fun, Ofsted knock on your door and you tell them to go and take a run and jump as they have no power over you. :clapping:

Probibly not as the legal amount is 20 mins per 4 hours worked (or that I what it was when I did my employment rights and responsibilities in 2009- could have changed) my nursery used to be strict on it working 8-6 we'd get 50 Min lunch break x
