Has anyone got a template or know a site where I can find a risk assessment for taking a child's medicine on an outing?

You just need to talk about the risk of losing it / it being administered to the wrong child.
Then consider how you make sure, if you cannot speak for the child, that the right medication is linked to the right child in an emergency situation.
If it needs to be kept cool what do you do?
If it's linked to emergency paperwork where is it stored - and what would happen if you lost that?
