hi I'm sure I'm being thick but I cant see anywhere where it says what time day care ends and what time overnight care begins. Does anyone have any ideas, I have a child that wants to come from 7 am and another that wants to do occasional evenings til 8 pm and just want to check this is still within my registration :laughing:

I think you need to ring Ofsted and check with them - 0300 123 1231.
I have never seen any rules about it tbh - so if you do get an answer maybe you could come back and let us know!

I found out...8pm till 6am but a child is classed as overnight if the most of there hours is during this time.
