I would be really grateful if you could look at the wording of my fee policy and see if you think it sounds fair and if not, what you would recommend. New to all of this and it is a mind field

Opening Hours
Monday to Friday - 08.00 to 18.00 (can be flexible with prior notice)
Charges
My day rate is for 7-10 hours within the above opening hours
0 - 5 year olds £50 per day
5 year olds + £35 per day
My half day rate is for 3 - 6 Hours within the above opening hours
0-5 year olds £30 for Half Days
5 year olds + £25 for Half Days
For Ad Hoc care (less than Half a Day) - £6 per hour or part thereof. I only charge for Full Hours and this gets rounded up.
Charge for time outside of these hours £7 per hour
PLEASE NOTE - All children under the age of 5 are subject to a minimum charge of £30 per day which is up to 6 hours childcare
Children over the age of 5 are subject to a minimum charge of £10 per day which is up to 2 hours childcare.
This is because I am limited to 3 children under the ago of 5 and these spaces are hugely valuable to all Childminders.
Fees are charged weekly in advance and payable on the first day of care (i.e. if your child comes to me on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, you're fee would be due on Tuesday for that week)
