Food Hygiene Course

I can't post this on the online courses forum so thought I would try on here. I have no mindees yet and I want to do the Food Hygiene Course online. Can I need to do it before I get mindees? I am getting public liability insurance sorted, but is there anything else I can do before I get mindees? Just don't want to have everything ready and not get anyone for a while but then also don't want to be not ready if I do get mindees!

Hi there, I suppose you could do the online course before you get any mindees, at least it would be one thing off your list. With regard to public liability insurance, I would set it up but see if you can advise them when you want it to start, I think this is what I did this with the NCMA - as you wouldn't want to be paying for insurance if you haven't any mindees. :)
