For those of you that have created your own contracts...

I was just wondering how in depth it is? I have previously been using ncma, but have run out and am not going to renew my insurance with them when it runs out. So I am going to try to do my own, but cant be bothered to include all the information on the back of the ncma contracts - explaining the terms and conditions etc.!

How in depth are yours, or have you simply included names, address, contact details, hours etc.

From memory I think I copied the front of the NCMA contract but I don't think I have all the small print from the back of it.

However I am pretty sure I have everything covered by way of policies etc.

Make sure you include contracted hours, fees, child's details, who has parental responsibility, umm can't remember what else - get signatures from parents.

Will have a look later and get back to you. :)

Thanks Kitty, I have managed to put one together, I just copied the NCMA ones but took out a few of the extra details!
