I have just spent the morning changing my sickness policy and exclusion times because Norfolk (where I live) has an exclusion time of 72 hours for sickness and diarrhoea which is different from the rest of the country which only excludes for 48 hours!

Not sure when or why this changed but I have only just found out as I went on a Health and Safety course recently.
