Just been reading through a few threads and had a few questions about pre reg visits etc.

I've got everything sorted pretty much, need my health declaration signing off and Im doing safeguarding training next week but everything else is sorted. I will be sending my forms ff as soon as Ive got both done :)

So what happens next? I've read about a pre reg booklet/questionairre and a development worker? But no ones ever mentioned them before in any of the council introductory sessions Ive been too.

Im so confused with the whole thing now!

There is a copy of the pre-reg booklet in free downloads at the top of the forum - ofsted should send you a copy as part of your application process.

Some local authorities have development workers - some don't. they can be helpful if you remember they give advice and they are not the fount of all knowledge. Why not ask as part of your course and see if there is any support.

Good luck with the registration process! :D
