i made a self saucing choc pud & put it in the oven to bake a bit so that it will be ready to put in oven for last 10 mins or so, to eat tomorrow night as got SIL & family :( :( coming for weekend.
didn't hear the buzzer ... and as its in an aga, you can't smell a thing! i was :blush: waylaid :blush: on the forum and suddenly remembered and now its well & truly cooked !!! had to slice off the very top as it is rather 'well done' and is now covered with icing sugar already! will just have to put it in oven to warm very slowly and hope it is ok!
oh well, soup for sat lunch sorted, caserole for tomorrow tea prepped, as is bolognese sauce for sat tea! still need to sort apple crumble for sat pud.
just cross about choc pud!
