Children Act 2004
Regulations for management of medicines

How are regulations for management of medicines implemented in your setting? EYMP 3 6.2

Its probably best to read the legislation and Acts then you will be able to see just how you implement in your setting and use to guide your policies and procedures.
The Children Act and the regs for medicines will impact on your compliance with the Statutory Framework of the EYFS.
Manual handling again influences your health and safety policy.
There are many sources for guidance for health and safety look at The Dept of Education, Ofsted,Health Protection Agency and of course the EYFS. If you google it will lead you on to other websites giving guidance.

I've spent the past 2 and a half hours googling and if I read any more on legisltation I think I'm going to either pass out or cry :(
