I've been doing a lot of updates on my website. Any feedback welcome!

I also added my policies and procedures which feels like too much but I wanted to make them more accessible to parents and potential parents. What do you all think are the pro's and cons to having the policies on the website?
For me I guess an advantage is that I have had to change and update mine so many times that from now on when I update them I won't have to print out new copies for the parent I can just notify them that its been updated and that it is available for viewing on my website.

Your valuable opinions as always will be appreciated!

I have some (but not all) of my policies on my website. I think it helps parents if to get an idea of you if they can see them.

I do have mine in a pdf format though so they can't be copied too easily!

Your website is very good but there's too much going on in the background i.e. as people are reading the different sections there are distracting bits going up and down!
