Data protection?

Are all you guys registered under data protection to take photos etc, is this legally required & how much does it cost? Not been told much about it

Yes, I have registered with the ICO - it's £35 a year.

really should be yes hon. better safe than sorry - there might be ways you could say you weren't storing data the way they define it but if they argue over it and find that you did need to register you could end up with a hefty fine.

its the information commissioners office hon. you can registerer over phone, on internet or request a form to be posted to you :)

www.ico.gov.uk - however it's easier to ring them and get them to sent the forms out than try to navigate their website :D
