Fees Policy

Hi,

I am just writing my fees policy and wanted to make sure that I have covered everything.

I have included; hourly rates - opening hours, out of hours, overnight and bank holidays, holidays & sickness, food & drink, nappies & wipes, (not covered by fees) outings - regular trips to soft play, story time etc included, day trips payable by parents, deposits and retainer fees, late collection, nursery / pre school hours, termination of contract, when to pay and also late payment.

Have I covered everything?

What if parents don't want to pay for outings - can the child still go? What if it's on a day the child attends... will you refund?

Payment in arrears / advance

What if a cheque bounces? Will you ask for cash from then onwards?

What payment types do you accept - cash, voucher, cheque, into bank, Paypal etc

Day rates as well as hourly - what hours do they cover?

Do you offer a discount for siblings? What about if there are 3 from a family?

Check your late payment policy is ok with your insurance company - you have to follow a certain procedure if you are with NCMA.
