can someone give me an answer please! do I legally need a child record form for each child? I did them years ago but found everything was repeated on my contract that I devised ( it covers all legal payment Ts & Cs etc plus a page for all child info like dietery stuff) so didnt bother after that. i am so hot on all my paperwork I can't believe I could get pulled up by Ofsted for overlooking this !!

Maybe just title the part of your contract that covers this info as 'child record form' and that way you are covered in case it is an issue!
I think as long as you have the info and it is kept up to date etc then what piece of paper it is written on shouldn't matter? Or maybe as the contract is a legal document it is best keeping separate... I also have wondered as they do over lap a lot in terms of addresses, phone numbers etc even the NCMA ones.
I do do both though.
