I'm doing the marketing and business plan for the CYPOP5, which i am finding rather difficult to say the least!!
Now obviously i am no where near being a child minder yet, so is all the information I give in the marketing plan just made up stuff?? Of how i would LIKE my business to be, or do i have to base it on real facts??
So could i say i had all different kinds of qualifications (which i haven't) -or do just give what i've got (which isn't much!!)
So what i guess i am trying to ask, is it a fiction or non fiction business plan?? lol.
