I have come to the calculation page of my tax return and the payments on account for 2010/2011 that I made last year have not been deducted. Do I do this? If so, how???? Anybody help?

Well I am not sure exactly which page you are looking at, but unless it actually says 'Payments on account received for 2010/11: Nil' I wouldn't worry about it.
