What information to include?

I am thinking of giving parents a welcome pack when they visit and thought of the following things to go in it:
- my name, telephone number
- 'about me' form
- fees and charges
- child record form
- childminding contract
- permission forms
- what to provide your child
- weekly planner
- all copies of my policies & procedures
- sample menu
- list of routines, activities
- sample of typical week
- Ideas of outings

Am i missing anything that parents should know and have?

In my welcome pack I have:

a shortened version all about me
my fees
info about what happens for:
holidays
illness
contracts
payment methods
settling in
days im closed
etc

enough info without scaring parents lol
a bit of prep for them filling in all those forms contracts etc lol




I attach my business card to the front so they have my contact details

I dont give out sample forms until they are committed as heard of other minders having their ideas pinched!

In one case the cheeky lazy(sorry!) newbie minder just photocopied all the minders forms(hours of hard work) and used them for herself to get a better grade:eek:
