My inspection

Had my inspection this morning, she was here 4hrs and it was fine. She liked my paperwork and could see i had a great relationship with the children. She was fine that i didn't do my SEF and instead did a strengths/weakness chart.
Obviously i have to wait for my report but she gave me all 1's so i'm now 'Outstanding':clapping: Thanks for all the help, advice and chat everyone has gave me especially Sarah, thanks for the e-books and your wealth of knowledge. She looked through your multicultural calander e book and was very impressed with all the work you put in.:clapping:
