Can anyone help me with check lists? What is included on everyones weekly, daily and monthly check lists?

What sort of checklist are you thinking of making?
Risk Assessment? Cleaning? Paperwork?
I have a Daily RA which I complete before the children arrive in the morning- I went around my house room by room and added the things which need to be check before I start to ensure a safe and smooth running of the day.
I also have a daily/weekly and monthly cleaning rota so that I make sure everthing gets done and nothing is missed.
Paperwork....well I don't really have a checklist for paperwork but every so often I pretend I have an inspection and go through it all with a fine tooth comb.
