Hi All
I have a couple of children during the day who I would like to take swimming (both do part weeks so can fit it when only one is here).
What do I need to include in the permission form and RA.
Also, would you ask parents to provide swim nappies or would you purchase them and also who would you ask to contribute towards it. I usually ask parents to pay some towards it - do you think this is still ok to do?
Many thanks

I ask parents for swim nappies , and i usually have a couple here. I meet the cost but do so with all my activities , if your parents usually contribute then thats even better!
I have included swimming on my general permission form - and this thread is good regarding risk assessments - http://www.childmindinghelp.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=11797
