plz help....risk assessments?! arrrrrr

hi guys can anyone help with risk assessments? ive done risk assessment for indoors where on a page i have a weeks worth on there, but how much paperwork is this going to cause? do ofsted expect the detail or just a checklist for risk assessments?ive done both and may show ofsted when they come to do my visit....
anyone got any advice on what ofsted have said to them when theyve visited? :panic:

I do my weekly RAs on a monthly page - so I have 12 sheets a year. I only keep a years' worth so this month when I file Jan 2012 and I will throw away Jan 2011. That way I feel I am showing evidence of doing it right without drowning under a sea of paperwork.

if there are important comments on the ones I am throwing away I transfer them to another place if I feel they need to be kept - if they are relevant to a current child or an ongoing situation for example.
