HELP !!! Has anyone got the claimsline number for NCMA/Bluefin Household Insurance I have water pouring into my house through the roof

Only just got in and seen this - hope you have sorted it out by now.
Afraid I didn't have the number anyway as don't have home insurance with them.

They are coming on Tuesday afternoon - not great though as that's only about the buildings - they've not said anything about the carpet and couch - we had rain water pouring through the roof of our single storey extension. Its not a flat roof its a pitched tiled roof.
Will let you know how we get on - they told me to go ahead and have some remedial work done to make the roof water proof again.
