Intro letter to parents

Can anyone help please? I am starting up as a childminder. I have most of my P&P's done. I feel I would like to do a little letter/intro for parents when they come to visit. I have seen other people mentioning this on here, does anyone have one they could email me please? Also, what is a learning & development policy? Thanks vickiejsmith@hotmail.com

i don't have a letter as such just a bit about me.

my background, how many kids I have, how long I've minded, qualifications, my ethos on childcare etc. :thumbsup:
