Babies

Hi All
Me and the OH have decided that we would like a baby (im not pregnant at present). However if I do fall pregnant, when am I supposed to advise Ofsted. Is it before or after the baby is born. Also, if I am minding at the time (Im planning to take 2 weeks maternity leave - but obviously this could change) if I have minddes in the 0-1 age range, do you think Oftsed would grant a variation to provide continuity of care?

We are supposed to tell Ofsted about any significant changes that might affect our work... so I would let them know fairly early on so they can log it.

No advice on the Ofsted front but just wanted to say YEY for you... I would love another baby, but the time is not right for us, plus not sure how well I will cope pregnancy wise... Wishing you loads of luck and I big congratulations for when it happens... Now I can say I was the first to congratulate you lol :laughing:
