Fire drill log with date of drill, how it went & things to improve as a result.
Check attendance register has children's names in full, not just first names.

Not required but all helps to push your grading up:

- a Parent Questionnaire, or a draft of how you might do one in future.
- a 'Complaints folder', of course it will be empty but it shows you take the possibility seriously and have a procedure fully in place (a labelled A4 plastic sleeve with a copy of my policy in it sufficed).
- Parents Newsletter if you plan to do one, shows your are communicating and involving parents, or just a draft of how you might do one in future.

Good luck!
