Im always due to have them in bank on 25th of every month, this month as it was xmas it's nto there, but 28th today and still nothing, so wondered if anyone is due too who would know?..

Mine were due 24 and I got them on 23 dec:)

mine were due on 25th (in bank) not received them yet, but mum concerned said to expect them to be late as her firm wouldnt be paying them earlier and therefor the vouchers wouldnt be any earlier :(

mine are due the 1st and they are in my bank today,, as I understand it the parent releases them then they talk up to 4 working days to hit our accounts.

I think it's up to the parent to tell Computershare to send the money.

So if the parent is partying or holidaying and hasn't set it up early we have to wait.

I'd contact the parent remind them that you would like to be paid :D

I normally receive a payment on 23 or 24 and normally get an email to say when it has gone in. No email received but just checked account and it went in yesterday

I have problems every December as my parents have to reset the standing order of payment to me every 12 months

checked with parent earlier and as she is on holiday i wont get a payment until 4th [day she is back} as she said her works will do an instant payment thingy...ah well.

I don't understand that - she should have been able to set it to pay you anyway even though she was on holiday. Sounds like she forgot to sort it out.

At least you know you will be getting the money.

don't know tbh....still confuzzles me :p
