Accident form please help, urgent

Hi, just found out Granny is picking up, and 21 month old mindee has 2 accident forms to sign. Do I get granny to sign or wait until parents sign?

You should ring mum or dad as well and let them know, document when they were told on the form. It just covers you in case gran forgets to mention it.
