I am doing my All About Me Folder and need an example of my contract, but I haven't joined the NCMA yet as still have to get house and paperwork ready. Has anybody got an example of a contract that I could use as an example in my folder please. Thank you

Your contract will come from NCMA if you intend to insure with them or you can write your own if you are going with Morton Michel ...
You can't get the contracts until you have insurance. I don't know what you need an example for but I would just write that in whatever file you are being asked to complete.
