I am trying to complete a variation form to ask for another EY (4-6 year old) ontop of my already 2 in total registration numbers. They ask why? so far all i have said is to allow me to cover all children during holidays and weekends but then don't want ofsted to only cover me for just those periods...what general reason do people use to ask?
I have no idea what ofsted are looking for in what to write in the sections which are:
include a plan of your day and how individual needs will be met; this is the most difficult section for me. so far got school runs/playgroups/quiet time/sleep time/dinner etc/free play/activity planned.....but the individual needs will be met really sticks me???
equipment needed - this i have so far put down i don't need anything as already have everything
risk assessments - usual car/school trips, playgroups etc...daily safety checks....
just how in depth are they looking for?
