I'm questioning everything i do again and need a bit of re-assurance from my friends please......:panic:
I follow through next steps daily...twice a month i will plan an activity on a specific area,at the end of the month i will put together a review for parents and an individual planning sheet for the following month. I feel as though i am writing the same sort of activities each month..am i doing reviews/individual planning too often?

Been there and done that ! I felt I was repeating myself just for the sake of it. As long as you are following next steps you will be fine.

I look at it over a week... then a month.

I do my weekly obs and plan for next session and next week using them.

I then look back at the month and plot what the child has learned against the Eyfs, spotting gaps in provision, resourcing, interests etc.

My weekly group planning for the older ones aims to fill the gaps.

LIttle ones are very much about individual planning and following their interests, enhancing what I offer to make sure their needs are met :D
