Hi, the parents of my mindees have decided to take the day off work on the day of the teachers strike so they dont have to pay me to have them all day, they are before and after schoolers so am i within my right to still charge them the normal before and after school fee for that day even though i am not taking them and collecting them from school thanks, :)

Thankfully we are not being affected by the strike, however we would charge full rate unless 4 weeks notice had been given then we would charge 1/2 rate as it would be classed as them having a holiday, this would be as per our terms and conditions on their contracts.
