my mindee is at nursery and parents insisted on paying full fee, but next Sept he will be full time. I only have him 3 set days aweek and they want me to pick up from school and have him 3hrs per night over 3 days but in the hols have him for the full 3 days. What would you charge and they want me to be on hand just incase of bakers days school closure due to weather.

if he is starting reception then I would charge only the after school hours once he is full time in reception and then charge the full day for the holidays.
Once he is full time in reception he will be a rising 5 and then you will be able to take on another under 5. However, until he is full time (i.e. if he's doing induction days) he will be taking up a full time space so you may want to charge an enhanced fee during this period. :)
